Depending on your companies challenge structure, you may or may not be able to exit a challenge.

Mandatory Challenges

Some challenge structures make it compulsory for employees to participate in a challenge.  In this situation, there are no options available to exit.

Individual Challenge

To exit an individual challenge:

• Navigate to the Challenges page.
• Click on the challenge you are currently enrolled in.
• In the upper right-hand area of the pane, you will find a link:  "I no longer want to participate in this challenge!"

Team Challenge

To leave a team challenge, a user must leave the team that they have joined.  

• Navigate to the Challenges page.
• Click on the challenge you are currently enrolled in.
• Click on the team you are in (bolded).
• Click Leave in the small team pop-up.
