The Newsfeed widget is completely automated and self-contained. Becuase of this, it doesn't allow for modification such as custom messages, different timeframes for items, etc.The Newsfeed widget will show events based on the following criteria
- Include at most 5 events that meet the following criteria
- The event has been approved
- The event occurs within the next 2 weeks (including today’s events)
- Show events starting today (the user may or may not be registered in these)
- Show events that the user is registered for which start within the next two weeks (after today).
- Show events that the user is not registered for that start within the next two weeks (after today).
