Steps can be added to the portal manually or via syncing a smart device.  If you have a smart device synced, your steps will automatically update your records to reflect the activity you've done and no further action is required.  If you'd like to track your results manually, then steps can be added to the portal through the Count Steps widget.  Note that tracking with a smart device and manually entering your history on the portal can skew your activity level and provide inaccurate or doubled  tracking results.


Adding Steps

  1.   Depending on your program, the Count Steps widget may be located on the Welcome page or Activity       page (Track - Activity)
  2.   Locate the Count Steps widget
  3.   Fill the Date field, or use the arrow selection to toggle between dates
  4.   Enter your Steps
  5.   Click the Add button
