Some programs offer weekly or monthly Health Tips, event postings, and announcements.  To subscribe and unsubscribe from program notifications:

Update Your Notifications

1.   Hover over your profile image/avatar in the top right hand corner of the screen
   
2.   Click Update Profile
   
3.   Locate the subscription question in the dialog box, choose Yes or No.
   
4.   Click Submit
