Report: Challenge Participants

Function: Challenge Participants is designed to provide fundamental information about participants who have joined a challenge.  This includes:

  • Total Number of Participants
  • Teams
    • Participants Within Team
    • Locale (group/sub-group)
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
    • Overall Rank
    • Total # of Steps
    • Join Date

Yellow highlight = Team, Team Rank, Team Score

Blue highlight = Individual Progress 


How To Run Challenge Results By Locale

  • Go to Control Panel - Reports
  • Click Challenge Participants
  • Choose the Challenge you'd like to report on
    • Include Users Not in a Challenge: 
      Yes = Will add everyone in the population
      No = Includes any participant who has joined the challenge, regardless of their activity or last log in 
    • Expand Teams
      Yes = Teams will be broken down to show participants within the group
      No = Only the teams will be displayed
    • Exclude Locked Accounts
      Yes = Includes anyone who is still considered eligible as of today. Those who are no longer eligible have been removed. 
      No = Includes everyone who participated in the challenge when it was hosted
  • Choose View Report
  • When you're ready, you're welcome to export your report as an Excel File, PDF, or Word Document by clicking the floppy disc icon.
