How To Run Users By Locale

  • Go to Control Panel - Reports
  • Click Users Locale
  • Choose the Locale(s) you'd like to report on
    • Users:  
      Active = Logged in within last 90-days
      Inactive = Not logged in within last 90-days
      Locked = Participants who no longer have permission to access their account but are on an existing 'eligible' file.
    • Locales: Choose the group(s) you would like to report on. (Sub-groups may not apply in all cases.)
  • Choose View Report
  • When you're ready, you're welcome to export your report as an Excel File, PDF, or Word Document by clicking the floppy disc icon.
