Report: Site Statistics by Locale
Function: This report provides a high-level snapshot of user engagement, group activity, challenge participation, and platform usage across a specific locale. It’s ideal for admins who want a visual overview of how participants are interacting with the portal over time. This report will provide a clean export of the following:- Key Metrics & Visuals Included:
Users Section
Active Users: Currently engaged participants.
Inactive Users: Accounts not recently active.
Deleted Users: Removed or archived accounts.
Total Logins: Cumulative login count.
Never Logged In: Accounts created but never accessed the portal.
Graph: Users Per Week — shows trends in user creation or activation.
- Logins
- Graph: Logins Per Week — spikes or trends in portal access, useful for measuring engagement following announcements, campaigns, or incentives.
- Groups
- Total Groups: Number of participant groups created.
- Graph: Groups Created Per Week — shows when groups were most actively formed.
- Pie Chart: Group Sizes — distribution of group sizes by member count.
- Challenges
- Total Challenges: Number of challenges run in the locale.
- Pie Chart: Challenge Types — breakdown of step, point, and wellness score challenges.
- Pie Chart: Challenge Sizes — visual of how many users typically participate per challenge.
- Activity
- Total Steps and Total Points earned across the locale.
- Graph: Steps Per Week — shows participant movement activity over time.
- Pie Chart: Steps by Activity — usually shows device types or manual tracking methods (in this example, all from step counters).
- Graph: Points Per Week — visual of how many points participants earned weekly.

How To Run Site Statistics By Locale
- Go to Control Panel - Reports
- Click Site Statistics by Locale
- Choose
- Locales: Choose the group(s) you would like to report on. (Sub-groups may not apply in all client cases.)
- To and From Date:
- Locales: Choose the group(s) you would like to report on. (Sub-groups may not apply in all client cases.)
- Choose View Report
- When you're ready, you're welcome to export your report as an Excel File, PDF, or Word Document by clicking the floppy disc icon.
