If a user has forgotten their password or is unable to login you can reset their password by following these steps:

1.   Go to Control Panel - Users - Manage Users
2.   Type the username into the search field 
3.   Press Enter or click Search
4.   Locate the specific user and click to highlight
   
5.   Once the user is highlighted, scroll down to User Information
6.   Click Password, the password dialog box will open
7.   New password requirements:  
   • At least 6 characters
   • Cannot include a word (words) from the username
   • Passwords are case sensitive
   • Require new password is recommended for privacy reasons, it allows the user to create a new password on next log-in
8.   Once configured click the Reset Password button
9.   Provide the new password to the user so they can access the site
